announce problem ..

I have complete all the fields from announce.php with my correct base url and db setting but It gives this eror on utorrent:

Failure: Invalid passkey ! Re-download the .torrent from

I have redownload and seed torrent but same eror, and my PASSKEY it changes everytime when I refresh the page, is it normal ?
