details.php not working correctly ?

ok so.i uploaded a torrent and seeding it..i asked two friends to download it.
for me in details.php?id=1&dllist=1#seeders
shows the info right i gues...connectable,uploaded,rate..etc..
but for both my friends it shows..No at connectable and at ratio 0000
i understand that the ratio is 0 cause they didn`t seeded to no one yet..i gues..but what about connectable showing no ?

Edit: a friend of mine uploade a torrent..i got it ..it shows downloading in utorrent but nothing actually downloading,

Attach the problem php here and ill take a look

Set the wait time to 0.In include/bittorrent.php and announce.php.Cheers!
