how do i solve this problem?

first make sure you have include/config.php
second make sure it is filled in third make sure you set chmod on it to atleast 666

hello again and thanks for you advice ...
I wanna tell you that already make this settings including chmod 777, and still doesn't work. I will give you the FTP account if u want.... and think will help you better ... I think this error is provided by host server or server operating system (linux) Bump: solved was the problem with host..
