i got these two errors in the index.php page

Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /include/functions_cache2.php on line 68

can anyone tell is these functions are mendatory for the site

of course they are mandatory ... it seems you didn't CHMODE the dirs and files on the tracker, that's all
