error on memory

hi,
how do i fix this error please on my site, which is a TBDev :-

Code:

Fatal error:  Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 33554433 bytes) in /home/magic/public_html/include/bittorrent.php on line 979

Edit: the error has come back for some reason, so now what do i need to do please???
just to mention, im on 120m already, do i take it to 256m???
