Torrent tracker engine with webseed funcions

Need engine with this function. (I upload file to server and tracker create web seed)

when you upload a file someone has to seed it unless its a file that its seeded already by someone else somewhere

so basically you need a tracker with external torrents capabilities which uses

http://tracker.publicbt.com/announce

udp://tracker.publicbt.com:80/announce

udp://tracker.openbittorrent.com:80/announce

http://tracker.openbittorrent.com/announce

i didnt try what you ask for but i know its out there, joe`s tracker source does external torrents, check it out PMBT

and there are few more other trackers around here which do external torrents just that i dont remebre their name now :p

Maybe i say stupid first message.
I have a Dedicated server... with 1.5 TB hdd. And ... i want found engine woth automatic seed function (like seedbox)(libtorrent use or some else.)

I think that it's an auto upload script. I know TbDev tracker which use it and one Gazelle based too. But don't know is it the same script.
