weed (that's right)

i've been smoking some mixes for some time alredy so i wondered if "real" weed does harm is this thing as same worse or not ?
stuppid question but as we all know everything what feels god sooner or later does u some harm (same does love etc if didn't get it what i am trying to say )
main question is if i regulary smoke this wiil it become like cigaretes for me ?
