I tried to install on my test domain but i got a strange error on step 3 and 4:

Code:

Mysql Error: 1065 : Query was empty

steps 1 2 5 and 6 work but the database is uploaded in steps 3 and 4 so still trying to figure out a way around...

lol wont do you any good

xam uses fsock to get the database from his server
so forget about the install
that wont work

im looking into other options at the moment

so you already have the SQL that's good
how about use an older installer, it should work pretty similar unless there are more changes and if they're minor they can be changed pretty easily using code comparison tools like WinMerge :)

Otherwise screw the installer, it doesn't have to work 100% just setting up /config/ is probably enough but SQL it can be injected manually like the good old days :D
