Removing the theme system in TSSE 5.6

Hi please could some one tell me how to remove the the system from TSSE 5.6, so i will be able to add my own style sheet.

Simply create your own template
and make it default and delete the other templates
so there is no other choice for members

thanks.. but I want to rather use a java script switch style sheet :)


How will I disable the theme or remove the css link some where.
