my public tracker

i am looking for a guidence to have my public tracker running with memcache,
my source is tbdev 09source http://use.comeplaywithme.eu

now it's pretty much standard code but i want my entire site to use memcache or just the announce so it can handle more peers but also so the site can load faster in the future any ideas ? i tryed to search in the forum for guidens , but what i searched fore didnt bring me much help and i know nothing with code only copy and paste but with few things i can se diffrence
