Exclamation A problem with download.php TSSE 6.3
i get the next error

Firefox can't find the file at http://inspirebits.com/download.php?id=9.
when i try to download a torrent i get this error.. all torrents are in torrents folder.. i tryed to backup but doesn`t work.. where those pid`s are saved? from where they are readen? plese help :)
