what could be wrong there is no error message no I upload a torrent and when I try to download it the other party does not start the download. We use XBT Tracker tbdev sector

I'm running Sector's TBDev et I put it back directly on the old environment Ubuntu 20.04 under Mysql 5.1 Php 5.6 fixed the XBT error and it connects to the xbt update all no error message and no download starts.

That means the code is old and needs to be upgraded to the latest version of php/mysql/mariadb
