Table 'seedbox' already exists

Hi, (First time installer here) I get this error at step 3 any ideas how to correct please?

Install/creat_table.php

or erase your database and retry.

now i just need to know how to set the "login panel" "site nav" and the "shoutbox" to english and not french please?
