[TS 3.1 bind] Fixes and few mods

I bet many hated that narrow 800px site well i managed to crank that up to 1000px with some modification

YOU MUST MUST MUST MUST READ well "MUST-MUST-README.txt" file

(note: found out new things so will be changing this soon)

Explain how to do this step by step becasue I'm doing as you wrote above and still there are no active smile icons in my threads.

huh that's what i remember I did was messing with all the setting with smilies then somehow they started working again but then that was 2 years ago so memory doesn't serve me well
