add user problem

im having a problem adding a username in getting this error

Sorry, username is too long (max is 12 chars)

which file do i need to change to allow more than 12 letters?

first, you have to change the value in mysql, from INT(10) in INT(25) - or whatever lenght you wish in table users, field "ID"
