Charset!!!
I have problem with charset!
Latvian charset is windows-1257 but when change to UTF-8 shows rhombs! Why That?  Even if i had UTF-8 shows this rhombs!How to fix that problem?

I just translated my web fully to latvian and i dont have rombs like you becouse i'm using charset iso-8859-13 !!! No need to set charset UTF-8 !!
EDIT: With charset windows-1257 no rombs showing to me ...

yeah with windows-1257 tracker works fine! Im also translated source to LV language but with UTF-8 i have problem!
