Need help with System Notice - Thanks

I had tryed to add System Notice - Thanks from this post http://www.bvlist.com/27064-post6.html on my tsse 5.6 but after doing all it gives me message in shoutbox like this

Why "[color=navy]" is not displayed right? Sorry for bad english.

I think you have something like this:

But you need:

But since I don't use tsse I won't be able to help you deeper. Just look at that code part that
is about text color.

P.S. Without that free space there.
