Click on Torrents then hochladen and then select which type of upload. http://seedthis.eu/upload.php

If you hover over the links then all you need to to is look at the bottom of your browser and it will show you the filename/url name.

Alternatively use something like Chrome and it should give you the option to translate the page or run it through Google Translate or similar.
