TS SE is not installed correctly

Hello there.
I've got a problem with TSSE 4.3 on premium hosting. when I've installed templateshares on my localhost (XAMPP) everything were okay and working. But when i moved files to premium hosting and when I login I've got this message. What is wrong?

An error has occured!

Script Error! (SE-I). TS SE is not installed correctly. Please contact us to fix this issue. http://templateshares.net/special/su...t=submitticket

backup your database, reinstall TS4.3 on new server, dump the database and re-import your old one and voila it should work

Can't I just import the database from my localhost to that premium hosting?

you might get lucky and works but in my case it didn't work even using same domain name i was moving from a host to another and still got same error i had to reinstall again

you might be able to make it work if you mess with /config/ files try to edit database info and it might work (in my case that didn't work so well either)

Damn it. That host was my best and fastest solution for tracker. I can't get it working anyways..
But I still do not understand why it is giving me that error. Is there any explanation for that?

did you try fresh install first?
try that if no go then sorry probably something to do with host setup

here are requirements:
php5 (they claim php4 is enough but not really)
ioncube
zend optimizer (i think it's needed)
Php Safe mode needs to be off
mysql 4+ (right now running on mysql 5)
GD
htaccess enabled
and probably few more things

Yes I tried to fresh install,but I'm not sure if host has ioncube (it works perfect on XAMPP,but i can't keep my pc online for 24/7). Fuck this shit. I'm dropping it down.

sorry I don't use this host anymore for causing trouble with my account on a daily basis i fight with them
