seed start for a while then stops

Hi ,
I've a new Q , my tracker connect me to peers for seconds and then disconnect me again .. i'm also tested that with seedbox and it do the same it'll connect for few second and will seed with max speed then disconnect from peers .. any idea how to fix that

found it , in utorrent change global max upload speed to anything but 0

thanks for mentioning the fix Mohamed, many users use the 0 unlimited bandwidth which will choke the bandwidth and make it go boom :P
with better ISPs they have that solved, also in Vuze (Azureus) there is a nice function called Auto Speed as speed throttle up and down depends on ping response and download speed factor (I think or something similar, i need to read that up again on azureus site) :)
