i can't seed uploaded torrents

hi.i've made a traker and i have a small problem.when i upload a torrent and i download it to start seeding it doesn't work.on the traker it say's it's a dead torrent and in utorrent at traker it says: "Tracker sending invalid data: <NULL>".can anyone help me??

What source are you using and where did you install it: xampp or hosting ?

it's placed on a host and im using tbdev but don't know what version
