still not working.. i got this error when i try to upload:

Caterpillar,if u use originele encoded benc.php from first post upload and download working.
i have tested with utorrent client.
if xam have nothing hidden in this file benc.php encoded ,we can simply use it?

Fixed ones until now:

Rules: Navigate Staff tools, Clear table, select rules, and TURNCATE Selected Tables (It is necessary to rewrite it, but it's working)

Sorry for the bad English :)

This parameter exist and mb changed in php.ini
