Hello Every I Have A Problem Here

I Am Getting A Blank Screen On Admin Page...While I Was Looking For A Fix

As U Can See...The Poster Wrote That A Fix For Blank Admin Page...A File Named "adminfunctions" Is To Be Downloaded...Can Any1 Help Me Figure Out What He Might Have Changed In THat File ?
