Why my website in different browsers display different, that the situation IE and Fiefox

because IE and FF both work defrent with CSS.
There should be 2 CSS files included in that theme.

The reason why IE to test the display, because to consider the user's experience, I can use FF, but the user may use a variety of browsers

IE i hear on new from microsoft it is now becoming obselete (no longer being used) wey heyy about time. they say it causes to many spyware and virus's.. Firefox RULES!
