Can anyone help me find free hosting that would allow testing different codes for a bit torrent site. pm me please if u can find anything

For testing you can use many webhosts - like freehostia,webfreeze.org,000webhost.com (this is not good like others).

Only problem that u can't test uploading on free hosting. But all extras should working:)

Is there any where i can test everything like offshore free hosting where it won't be taken out

Yeah :) I tested my tracker on this hosting!

Also torrent seeding works. All functions works fine on this.

But server data transfer is slow - But for testing good
