New levels of users..

I was wondering, is there any chance you could create more "levels" of the users? such as poweruser, moderator and admin.

I would like to have a couple more, so that my members wants to upload more and reach for another "level", is it easy or hard?
I also wonder, can everyone upload? or is it just moderators+?

I have a level controle system in work well be out soon

And you can set the level of Who can upload in admin/settings

How much time would that take? :)

btw, my father still has that problem that he logs in and then get thrown out the same minute. Any suggestions? he has fixed his cookies and such
