Okay, so I'm trying to get Gazelle setup with Windows by using XAMPP.
Using XAMPP: 1.6.8
Using Windows: 7 Ultimate
Using Gazelle: RC2(Latest)

This is what I've done.

I've downloaded Memcached for Win32.
Placed php_memcached.dll to C:\xampp\php\ext\
Placed memcached.exe to C:\xampp\
Ran cmd.exe
Typed c:\xampp\memcached.exe -d install
Typed c:\xampp\memcached.exe -d start
I executed the .sql file with phpmyadmin
I've copied config.template to c:\xampp\htdocs\gazelle\
I've changed config.template to config.php
I went to c:\xampp\php\php.ini and changed ;extension=php_memcache.dll to extension=php_memcache.dll
Then I added this into php.ini at c:\xampp\php\:
