TBDev Tracker 2009 (Final)
Basic instructions:
- upload the rar files and unzip both
- edit config.php (for path/url info)
- insert ALL sql files into MySQL starting with tb.sql first.
- Unzip pic & java archive if needed.
- signup
- Edit announce to reflect the settings within config.php
