Default Problem with a charset in a chat with in comments!
Problem with a charset in a chat with in comments! TS SEv5.1. A code in DB proposed wincp1251 and utf-8, in AP - Default Character Set -> tried wincp1251 and utf-8. Prompt me as it to correct. Beforehand thankful.
