this is a modiffication of the original shoutbox made by Wuild
Features :
-delete bouton for staff (you can moderate shout)
-better design
-better gestion of odd and even based on the ID of the shout
-integration of news and stats in the shout page
-overflow:auto after 600px
Instalation :
-install the shoutbox addons by Wuild first
-place delete-shout.php and main.php in the applications/news/ folder (overide original main.php)
