Import the Database files (SQL_Database.sql) and (Forums_Database.sql) into PHPMYADMIN

edit in include/bittorrent.php
edit secrets.php
edit pjirc/config.php

CHMOD the following directories to 777:
backup
backup/torrents
cache
files
torrents
