It's worth noting the valid point raised about the queries used on the browse page. Loading page 1 can take over 500 queries. Perhaps it's worth considering moving the queries outside of loops?
The code is outdated and receives rare updates, which may explain why it is in the archive section. Nevertheless, I've observed a recurring pattern here: whenever someone raises issues regarding the source code or the attitude of the remaining maintainer, the maintainer responds using multiple aliases, creates a new account, gaslights the original poster, and eventually bans them from the support forums simply for expressing their opinion. This cycle then repeats itself.
