This is the second release of SEED SOURCE code... Firstly i want to say that this source is not new it's fully remade TBdev engine.
But it's remade FULLY and i will make updates for this source. I believe that we can make very good TORRENT TRACKER SOURCE.

INSTALLATION :
1.COPY ALL FILES INTO YOUR SERVER
2.IMPORT DATABASE FROM FOLDER "DATABASE/SEEDsource.sql"
3.Edit in include folder bittorrent.php and secrets.php to suit your needs
4.Create ADMIN user by signing up on your tracker
5.LOGIN if you found some bugs please report in BVLIST.com forums
6.CHMOD folder "torrents" to 777
