install tbdev code hmmm pretty simple get a ftp program say cute ftp to add all your site files in, get phpmyadmin for your database for site sql code files,get a server/domain
edit secrets.php with your username,password,localhost,db name etc etc,edit other files get a theme,advertise your site and your off and running!!!
