the shoutbox plugin is set to all members except banned... but if you are at "user" level they get
Sorry, you are not authorized to Shout!
but like i say in the manage plugins are etc the shoutbox is set to allow the user level and all the others....
any ideas anyone?

Bump: sorted... seems even thought "users" was ticked in the plugin... it was disabled in the trackers settings under usergroup...
my apologies for a waste of a post... lol
not to new installers go through the usergroups properly... u didnt
is what happens when you keep getting distraqcted and can't site for long periods and get on with things...
such is life! lol!
