Hello, how do i set the background image to stretch to different users screen size? this css makes the image repeat itself if the users screen size is bigger than the resolution of the background image.

i want the background image to look the same on every screen resolution. i tried making the background image 1920x1080 but when users with smaller resolution looks at the site the image isnt how it look like on 1920x1080 screen.
