In utorrent you can see the
DHT
Local Peer Discovery
Peer Exchange
in the bottom under
Trackers
If you do not see nothen in note pad then you got more problems then that
you should be able to open a .torrent file in most text editors most of it you well not beable to read but the fist line and the last line
