Becoz all romanian users want to make a tracker and they don't know how

I asked my friend if he can buy host+domain and make a forum just like tbdev in ROMANIAN...he will help all how to make a nice tbdev source...like Craiova Torrent Tracker , www.craiovahub.ro etc;)
