TS5.4.1 how to let users use shoutbox?
 

The problem is that the shoutbox isnt working for user class. I did changed the permissions so they could see it and use it but is still not being shown. All other groups can see it. I updated cache nothing happend.

where did you change the permission?

here is how!!!
tracker settings --> (admin tools) manage usergroup --> user --> Can Use Shoutbox/IRC? --> Yes
also on
tracker settings --> (admin tools) manage plugins --> shoutbox --> e --> check all --> uncheck "banned"
