need help with coding

hellow,i want to get scrape working with seo seting on,at the moment im getting this error :

scrape error: announce URL doesn't follow scrape specifications.

i'm using the http://bvlist.com/template-shares/22...ad-scrape.html scrape fix [fix 2] and ts se 5.6
