[YSE] Theme with Top Menu?

Hi, I am personally do not like the side menu, let me design solely on the upper menu. Maybe one of you has a design that would result from the use of the people? Using Yuna Scatari Edition PRE7 2.2_! Thank you very much for understanding designers!
