Help with TS v4.3 changing server

most important thing is to backup your database and probably you would do it from PhpMyAdmin

out of all files the most important are the torrents folder everything else has lower importance especially if you didn't make any changes to the code if you did then i guess you need to backup all the files,
If you think it's useless to backup then you're wrong it's always good to backup :)

Here are few questions to help you better!!!
1. are you keeping the same domain name?
2. are the database, username and password going to change?
3. is there a special smtp setting needs to be followed?

once you answer and provide whatever information necessary i or somebody else can you help you better

Yea, but i need very little information in what files in tracker existing in my ftp I must edit and write new server information, like mysql password and etc, hep me, my english bad, you see that i think :D

1. /config/MAIN file has information about announce URL, site URL and site base
2. /config/DATABASE where the info stored for you know what
3. /config/SMTP for the emailing system (usually this fine and works with most easy hosts)

so these are usual suspects that need to be changed for new server
1. MAIN file needs to be changed if there is new domain name!!!
2. DATABASE is need to be changed to whatever new database used you can make it easier on yourself by using same name and password so don't have to change it (if that possible)
3. is usually the default but it can be something else depends on your host i hope stays at default so you don't have to change anything

when should you change and if you should change anything!!!
If you have only 1 out of 3 to change then it's easy change that from Tracker while running and voila you're ready for the next host!! if you got 2 to change then it's little bit sticky as you need to probably change through and editor such as notepad++ or wordpad (I'm assuming you're using windows to edit files)

very important files to keep is
/config/SECURITY
/config/STAFFTEAM

Good idea to keep the rest of /config files :)

Let's say you did all this but somehow you're getting error and can't run the show what would you do?

1. Don't panic
2. Backup backup and backup (multiple backups is good ideas so you can trace back steps)
3. get the install folder again and reinstall the software
4. dump the database and import your good database that has actually users and torrents on
5. Don't restore the whole config folder but it's very important to restore
/config/SECURITY
/config/STAFFTEAM
and it's good idea to restore /config/FORUMCP

and voila you should be back in business
