Can somebody make a step-by-step tutorial on how to make a TBDev theme/style?

I know how to make a layout in Photoshop CS4, but i don't know how to make it working.

How Well do you know html and php?

I know a little bit of PHP and HTML, but not too much. I know how to make a simple site with PHP and HTML. Now I am at the begining. So, you know that at the begining you need the support of the others.

What i know about TBDev theme is that I need to make a logo with the menu, a background, and a footer. I know how to make all these things in Photoshop, but i don't know how to do the rest. I know that i need to edit "bittorent.php" in the folder "include", but how?
