error after upload

hello,
everything is working fine.
when I upload a torrent everything isok and it stard seeding ! but in the last step of upload I got this:

2 way's to fix this 1 turn off E_NOTICE in php.ini 2 open upload.php and find index on line 268 and make it 'index'

delete all *.php files from cache directory
