Question-Converting from MyBB to vBulletin-AutoIntegration?
 

Hey will be converting from YSE forums [which uses MyBB as its forums] to vBulletin auto integrate the stuff using ImpEx auto integrate users and stuff??

If not how about PhpBB for torrentstrike? :P

It should work with ImpEx but to you should do a backup before

ImpEx supports mybb v1.02 but will work with v1.2xx - not tested with v1.4.1

However the conversion is NOT 100%

It will convert most of the data / posts - you will need to do some manual data moving for the 'reps'

User login details will not convert due to the different way VB keeps the user names / PWs


... so in short .. yes but you need to do some work ... it WILL NOT work straight out of the box ...

... you will also need to manually set-up the different user groups forum permissions ... if not set you forums will nor work and VB will appear that it did not convert anything - simply because you are no longer authorized to 'see' the specific group the conversion set-up...

Impex works well. I suggest you make a backup and try it out, it's very simple to use, if you need impex, let me know.
