This tracker is very close to tbdev!

Installation notes :P :
First upload all files to your server.Then type in your browser http://localhost/install/install.php and you will see a white page with text and inputbars.Fill everything and then click "Install".When you finish with the installation open your bittorrent.php file (he is in "include" folder like tbdev).Edit this lines:

# the first one will be displayed on the pages
$announce_urls = array();
$announce_urls[] = "http://localhost/WinBits/announce.php";
$announce_urls[] = "http://torrentbits.org:82/announce.php";
$announce_urls[] = "http://torrentbits.org:83/announce.php";

to your urls!And now you have a fully functional torrent traker!
