Hello, I have a question, when I set a password for staff panel, I got that my PIN code is incorrect. How can I fix it ? I read a previuos threads, but I didn't understand, which file I have to fix. :sos: Thanks for help :drink:

lol uhm in tsse there are basicly 2 pincodes
one for staffpanel
and one for settingspanel

when you install script, then you make a pincode
this pincode only works for settings panel and not for staffpanel

to fix this login to settingspanel first
then go down
and on the left side you will find pincode settings

in there you can make a pincode for your staffpanel

yeah, I did this, I maked the same like in staff & like in settings, than I changed the password, because I was thinking that it can't be same. Now it's different & I enter excactly that password, dunno why he's didn't log on.

just set pincode 1 or 2 or other number, it will be ok in this way.
seems the staff panel pincode can not be letters,
while the setting panel is ok with letters

The Staff Panel can be Alpha/Numeric.

but i tried several times with Alpha, and it did not work... said the password was incorrect
now i am using number and it is OK, don't know why~
btw, i use iis on win2k3

i did numeric pin - it works ;-)
