login error

Hi, i got some problems whit my TBDev Source 2009.
I have windows server 2008 and runing xampp.
When i trying to login it as sysop it says:

Error: The page you tried to view can only be used when you're logged in.

and when i trying to create a new user it says:

What can the problem be? plz help:sos:

It was create your account but they cant send email beacuse you have use localhost go to the phpmyadmin and confirmed your account

as he told you , you cannot because you will have to setup SMPT with localhost

Solution if you like to signup other accounts is to make default status for account to be " confirmed " in phpmyadmin

is your server a public server? do you have a real hostname and a public ip on it?
Or do you use youre home pc to setup and test the tracker?

Try to use your login data from a googlemail account, maybe it works but your mails can become a spam or junk note.

Example
Outgoing mail (SMTP) address: googlemail.com
Outgoing mail (SMTP) port: 25
account name: yourname@googlemail.com
account password: your password goes here
