ur image shows that you are trying to access a step in the setup when you havnt completed all the other steps.

I went through the installation and the last step, it happens .... then I tried it on one freehost and work .. my server running on appserv 2.5.10

Ive been testing around a little bit and it appears that appserv isnt setting the _SESSION correctly but the system gets install anyway
