Selling this hobby project.
First of all, I want to say, that site isn't monetized, I sometimes allow to place ads for money, and donations from users keep this site running.
I started this type of project long time ago, i did it for fun and to get some more experience in php, mysql, c++ and in *unix, spent many, many hours in coding/optimizing.
Site is highly customized to fit on low-end servers, You can even run it on server which coast like 10$ in month.

* fullly optimized source code (codebase Tbdev);
* unique theme;
* seo optimized (still have work to do);
* PR 4 domain;
* in C++ language coded announce server;
* auto upload script (need dedicated linux server)
